Connell Real Estate & Development Co.’s second development was 200 Connell Drive. CRE&D accumulated the 35.55 acres for 200 Connell Drive through two separate acquisitions and then developed the 343,000 square foot building on speculation in 1987.

200 Connell Drive is a five story, Class A office building, featuring North and South wings, separated by a center grand five story atrium.
