500 Connell Drive is part of a three-building commercial office redevelopment project, totaling 800,000 square feet on 70-acres within Connell Corporate Park.

CRE&D acquired the former 70-acre Runnell’s Hospital site in the late 1980’s and, after gaining township approvals and completing demolition; CRE&D started redeveloping the site in 1998. The site includes the development of 300, 400 and 500 Connell Drive located in the western portion of Connell Corporate Park. 300 and 400 Connell Drive were completed in 1999 and 2001, respectively, and 500 Connell Drive will be developed when conditions dictate.

Construction drawings are complete, which makes 500 Connell Drive an excellent candidate for a build-to-suit project as a headquarters building for a prospective tenant.

500 Connell Drive is fully approved and will be constructed as a LEED Certified building. When complete, 500 Connell Drive will be a seven-story, corporate headquarters quality building, totaling approximately 260,000 square feet. The typical floor plate for the building will be approximately 40,000 square feet.
