During the third quarter of 2014, Connell commenced construction of a 174-room, full service Embassy Suites hotel on a seven acre land parcel located in the center of Connell Corporate Park.  The hotel will feature over 14,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space including a 2,000 square foot all season pavilion, "Grain and Cane" bar and table, as well as a 24/7 fitness center with an indoor pool.  In addition, a Starbuck's featuring The Clover brewing system and Collector's Study Lounge will be on premises.

The Embassy Suites Hotel is ideally located in Connell Corporate Park with direct access to and visibility off of Route 78 and is only 26 miles west of New York City and 18 miles west of Newark International Airport.  In addition to servicing the anticipated demand from the commercial tenants within Connell Corporate Park, the hotel should appeal to the high concentration of corporate users in close proximity to the Park as well as the residents of highly affluent suburban neighboring markets, including Berkeley Heights, Summit and New Providence.
