Property Management and Operations

Connell's Property Management and Operations team is comprised of in-house professionals and engineers to maintain and operate its real estate portfolio to the highest standards.  Connell’s team keeps in regular contact with its commercial tenants to ensure their continued satisfaction.  In combination with its in-house team, Connell has developed a highly-effective bid, award and documentation procedure for third party suppliers and vendors that allows Connell Corporate Park to run at below industry operating costs while maintaining the highest quality.  Connell’s in-house engineering department maintains, repairs and operates its real estate holdings cost-effectively.  The Property Management and Operations team annually prepares operating budgets for each asset and manages toward operating at or below budget.  Connell’s multifamily operations are directed by Connell’s Asset Management team.
